For those who prefer a more personalized, less structured approach to Private Pilot or Instrument Pilot Ground School, or do not have time to wait until the next scheduled class, Rick has recently begun holding what we refer to as "On-Demand" classes. These classes are specifically designed for individuals who prefer to learn at their own pace, ask questions when they need to, and have someone there to guide them step-by-step though the process of passing the Private Pilot or Instrument Pilot Knowledge Exam.
These special classes can be held on the weekend, or during the weekend at virtually any location - your location or ours! All we need is two back-to-back days to complete the course.
Once you complete the course, your logbook will be endorsed authorizing you to take the actual FAA Knowledge Exam. At any other of our current class locations, Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville and Chattanooga, we will arrange for the test to be given. Once we endorse your logbook, however, the exam may be taken at any FAA authorized testing center. This can be coordinated with our instructor during the class.
The cost for this special one-on-one two-day course is $575.00, (plus expenses for locations other than Metro-Atlanta) This includes all books and study material. Our books were written by Southeast Aviation Seminar Instructors, and are specifically designed for this two-day course. The class cost does not include the cost for taking the FAA test. This cost, which is usually $90.00, is paid to the testing facility before the test is administered.
